Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug First Nation – As the investigation into the cause of the tragic fire in KI continues, it is vitally important to remember that there are a family and community which has suffered a loss and are in mourning.

That loss according to Chief Donny Morris is being felt community-wide.

To assist the family a GoFundMe page has been set up.

Donations are urgently needed to support food and shelter for family members who are travelling home, family members’ flights, food and shelter for volunteers, and funeral costs. Everyone in Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug has been touched by this devastating loss.
