THUNDER BAY – MISSING – The Thunder Bay Police Service request the public’s assistance in locating missing person Crystal MUNROE.
Crystal MUNROE is described as an Indigenous female with medium-length red-dyed hair with brown roots, brown eyes and standing approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall with a slim build.
Crystal MUNROE was last seen in the area of Ontario Street in the early afternoon hours of April 30, 2019.
