Update – Dryden – Trans Canada Restaurant Fire under Investigation

DRYDEN – UPDATE – The fire at the Trans-Canada Restaurant in Dryden is under investigation.

On Friday, April 19, 2019, at approximately 03:22 am, the Dryden Fire Service responded to an active fire reported at the Trans Canada Restaurant located at 149 Third Street. Dryden Fire responded with 19 firefighters with the aid of an additional 7 firefighters from Oxdrift. The fire was considered contained at approximately 1:07 pm. No injuries or fatalities were reported.

This suspicious fire is being investigated by the Dryden Police Service. Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the Dryden Police Service at 807- 223-3281.
