Superior Strategies is a small customer-oriented company with strong values and a personal coach approach.  The company is 100% First Nation owned and operated and is currently expanding its quality management consulting and training services to include the distribution of industrial and first aid supplies. The small staff is based centrally in Thunder Bay, and work as a team to deliver a product that adds to their reputation for quality.

“Superior Strategies is honoured to be selected by the Chamber of Commerce to receive the Commitment to Quality Award for 2019. This award is special because it was selected by our colleagues, and the process has allowed us to look internally at our accomplishments and processes we have established that has allowed us to achieve the success we have.  I am honoured to share this award with our fantastic team who is second to none and inspire me daily with their commitment to success and making a difference, locally, regionally and nationally” ~ Jason Thompson, Owner, Superior Strategies

U2 FASTENERS made the decision at their inception to go into a niche market built on quality with special products like stainless steel screws and other unusual products.  There is an intentional strategy to ensure consistency.  The company is always looking for ways to be more efficient and to deliver high-quality products at the lowest possible costs.  They are very quality oriented, and because of that, they have been able to break into the US market with four of the largest outlet stores.   “This award means a lot to all of us at U2 FASTENERS and we are honoured to accept it. With a strong focus on our customers, we aim to create, promote and distribute a new generation of innovative, code-compliant, premium fasteners that will be used by professional builders, simply because they are the best.” ~ Uli Walther, U2 FASTENERS

It promises to be a very exciting and memorable night for the Thunder Bay business community.  The evening will begin at 5:30 pm in the Scandia Room with a reception followed by a gourmet dinner and awards beginning at 6:30 pm.  Pre-registration is required – http://www.tbchamber.ca/events/
