THUNDER BAY – NEWS – Musab Khamis SABOON turned himself into the Waterloo Region Police Service around 1 am on Tuesday, March 5 2019.
SABOON was wanted by the Thunder Bay Police Service on a Canada-wide warrant for First-Degree Murder and Kidnapping in relation to the homicide investigation of Lee CHIODO.
Arrangements are being made to return the accused to Thunder Bay where he will make a future court appearance.
