One Suspect Arrested – OPP Seek Second B&E Suspect

KENORA – The Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a break and enter at a business on Rabbit Lake Road.

Police were notified of the break and enter at approximately 5:20 a.m on Wednesday, February 6, 2019.

The surveillance video shows that two male suspects forced entry into the establishment and stole alcohol.

Suspect one is wearing a dark coloured North Face vest/jacket, light coloured hoody sweatshirt, light coloured belt, dark shoes, light coloured mitts, dark coloured packsack with an emblem on the front lower pocket. The male also has dark hair.

Suspect two was observed wearing dark coloured cargo style pants, a plaid jacket, hooded sweatshirt, balaclava, mitts, and plaid chuck style shoes and was carrying a bowling style bag.

On Friday, February 8, 2019, the Kenora OPP arrested one of the males involved in the break and enter.

He appeared in Kenora Court on February 11, 2019, to answer to the charges.

Police are still seeking assistance in locating the other suspect who was wearing the dark coloured North Face Vest/jacket. The investigation is continuing.
