Police have Brodie Street Incident Suspect in Custody

THUNDER BAY – POLICE – Thunder Bay Police Service officers have made an arrest in connection with a weapons call at an incident that took place at a home in the 300 block of Brodie Street just before 3 a.m. on Feb. 3, 2019.

Police responded to that address following a report two males entered the home possibly armed with firearms.

Through the course of their investigation, police were able to identify one of the males involved who had entered the home to rob the residents.

On Monday, February 4th, police were assisting an ambulance for a medical matter involving the identified suspect. The accused was transported to the Thunder Bay Police station after being treated at the hospital.

Steven Christopher HOGAN, 31, of Thunder Bay, has been charged with Robbery Using a Firearm, Unauthorized Possession of Firearm – Licence, Possession of Imitation Weapon for Dangerous Purpose.

He appeared in court Tuesday and was remanded into custody with a future date.
