THUNDER BAY – WEATHER – The Extreme Cold Warnings across Northwestern Ontario are continued. As of 05:00 am this morning, Environment Canada updated the warnings.
Thunder Bay is not as cold however as other parts of the region. The wind chill is only at -38c. All school buses in Thunder Bay are running. All student transportation will run as scheduled. Dress for conditions and check ‘Reported Delays’ at ststb.ca.
In the areas to the west of Thunder Bay, all school buses have been cancelled.
Due to the extreme temperatures and prolonged extreme temperatures, school buses have been cancelled for the day in the following areas:
