Everett a High-Risk Sex Offender
WINNIPEG – The Manitoba Integrated High-Risk Sex Offender Unit (MIHRSOU) advises a Canada wide warrant has been issued for a convicted sex offender, Rainie James SEMPLE, also known as Rene James EVERETT, for being unlawfully at large. He was released from federal custody on January 10, 2019, in relation to convictions for breaching a long-term supervision order. SEMPLE has not returned to his residence and his whereabouts are unknown.
SEMPLE has a lengthy history of violent and sexual offences. Although he has participated in some treatment programming in the past, SEMPLE is still considered at high risk to re-offend in a sexual and/or violent manner. Although all persons are at risk, females are at particular risk.
