DRYDEN – Dryden Police are reporting on a couple of instances that have police busy in the community.

On November 22, 2018, at approximately 10:00 pm, the Dryden Police Service received a complaint of a suspicious person looking into homes and attempting to gain entry to a residential garage. Dryden Police apprehended 35-year-old Jared Ryan HARPER, of Dryden, ON. HARPER has been charged with Break and Enter, Resist Peace Officer, Trespass at Night, and Breach of Probation x 2. HARPER is attending Bail Court in Sioux Lookout today.

On November 20, 2018, a Break and Enter to a commercial storage shed at the 100 block of Colonization Avenue was reported to Dryden Police. Suspect(s) gained entry by breaking locks and making off with a STIHL Weed Eater. No suspects at this time.
