Attempted Murder Charges Filed over Dufferin Street Assault

THUNDER BAY – The Thunder Bay Police Service has arrested a male in connection with an incident that took place in the 300 block of Dufferin Street just before 9 p.m. on Monday, October 29, 2018.

Officers responded to a call to an apartment following reports of an unresponsive person.

A woman was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.

Peter Keesh, 25, has been charged with Attempted Murder, Two charges of Threats to Kill, and Forcible Confinement.

Peter Keesh has been remanded into custody with a future court date.

None of the charges have been proven in a court of law.
