Election 2019 – Patty Hajdu Nominated in Thunder Bay Superior North

THUNDER BAY – POLITICS 2.0 – Thunder Bay-Superior North Liberals are ready for the 2019 federal election. Patty Hajdu was nominated today as the Liberal candidate by the riding association.

Hajdu was elected in 2014 and has been in the Trudeau cabinet since being elected.

Accepting the nomination, Patty Hajdu says that there is still lots of work to do.

The nomination meeting was held at the Sleeping Giant Brewing Company in Thunder Bay.

Hajdu was endorsed by Michael Gravelle the MPP for Thunder Bay-Superior North who promised that the provincial Liberal team is behind her re-election.

Hajdu cited Micheal Gravelle and Nishnawbe Aski Nation Grand Chief Alvin Fiddler as her political mentors both who were present at the nomination meeting.

Wendy Landry, the Mayor of Shuniah, Shelby Ch’ng from Thunder Bay City Council, and newly elected councillor-elects Brian Hamilton and Kristen Oliver were also present.
