KENORA – Bob Nault, Member of Parliament (Kenora riding) released the following statement regarding the upcoming municipal election.
“Election time, whether federal, provincial, municipal or First Nations, this is the opportunity for Northerners to have their voices heard.
Casting your vote in the upcoming municipal election is extremely important as it helps to ensure that you have your say on matters affecting everyday life, like clean water systems, local police services, community infrastructure development projects including parks, libraries, and cultural and recreational community centres.
“These municipal leaders, who you elect, advocate on your behalf on a daily basis in order to make their communities even stronger.
“This coming Monday, I encourage you to vote and have your voice heard.”
