THUNDER BAY – NEWS – Thunder Bay Police report that a search warrant was executed at dwelling in the 200 block of Algoma Street around 6:00 pm on October 11, 2018, that resulted in arrests and seizures.

As a result of an ongoing investigation, members of the TBPS Intelligence Unit entered the dwelling to execute the search warrant on the apartment and arrested the three occupants. During the search cocaine and fentanyl valued at over $25,000 were located and seized along with approximately $3,000 in cash.

A 53-year-old female was charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking x2. She was released on a promise to appear.

David Wellesley Lynch, 40-years-old of Brampton has been charged with Purpose of Trafficking x2 and Proceeds of Crime under $5000.

Michael Dampier, 24-years-old of Thunder Bay has been charged with Purpose of Trafficking x2.

Both appeared in court this morning and have been remanded into custody.
