Drug Investigation Results in Arrest of Three

THUNDER BAY – NEWS – Thunder Bay Police report that an ongoing drug investigation has led to a traffic stop being conducted on Princess Street just outside the Thunder Bay International Airport just before 2:00 pm on October 4, 2018.

In a media statement issued by Police the service reports, “Members of the TBPS Intelligence Unit observed the vehicle leaving a Syndicate Avenue apartment building with four individuals in the vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted and the occupants were arrested. A search was conducted and cash valued at $15,000 was located on two of the individuals.”

The female driver of the vehicle was released unconditionally.

The three males appeared in court this morning on the following charges:
• Matthew Pickering – 21-years-old of Toronto – Proceeds of Crime Over $5,000
• O’Neil Mills – 27-years-old of Brampton – Proceeds of Crime Over $5,000 & Breach of Recognizance x2
• Andre Jackson – 22-years-old of Toronto – Breach of Recognizance

All three have been released with a November 6, 2018 court date.
