Thunder Bay OPP Lay Charges for Theft and Mischief

THUNDER BAY – On September 13, 2018, at approximately 1:16 p.m., an officer from the Thunder Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of mischief and theft at a residence on Loukola Road in the Municipality of Neebing.

During the overnight hours, unknown suspect(s) smashed the window of a vehicle that was parked at the residence, stole an air compressor, battery charger and prescription glasses that were located inside the vehicle. Recently, another theft occurred at the residence and a Yardworks snow blower was stolen.

On September 13, 2018, at approximately 6:16 p.m., an officer received a report of a theft that occurred at a residence on Highway 608 in the Municipality of Neebing.

During the overnight hours, unknown suspect(s) entered a shed and stole a Mastercraft air compressor, and a Poulin chainsaw. Recently, another theft occurred at the residence and a Dell laptop computer was stolen.

On September 14, 2018, at approximately 2:06 p.m., an officer responded to a report of mischief and theft at a residence on Highway 608 in the Municipality of Neebing that occurred between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Unknown suspect(s) gained entry through the back door of the residence and stole a Toshiba laptop computer.
