THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Police Service patrol officers responded to a male who had been assaulted and required assistance on September 16, 2018, just after 3:00 p.m.
The male was located on the ground after he was assaulted on the path just north of Court Street and McVicar Street. He reported being assaulted by two males and a female. The 31-year-old male victim was treated by EMS staff and transported to the hospital for medical attention.
The three suspects were located on Court Street by officers and arrested without incident. All three appeared in court this morning on the following charges:
Terrance Childforever – 26-years-old – REMANDED INTO CUSTODY
· Assault Causing Bodily Harm
· Breach of Probation x 2
· Breach of Undertaking x2
Desmond Muckuck – 24-years-old – RELEASED WITH COURT DATE
· Assault Causing Bodily Harm
Lindsay Muckuck – 30-years old – RELEASED WITH COURT DATE
· Assault Causing Bodily Harm
