THUNDER BAY – In order to improve mobility network performance, Tbaytel will be performing scheduled network upgrade maintenance starting the morning of Sunday, Sept. 16, 2018, at 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. on the evening of Monday, Sept. 17, 2018.
During this time, Tbaytel mobility customers in the Shebandowan area may experience service disruptions or outages to their Tbaytel HSPA mobility service, including voice calls, data usage, and texting.
Any customers experiencing issues with their Tbaytel mobility service outside of this maintenance window are encouraged to contact Tbaytel’s 24-hour technical support team at (807) 623-4400 or toll-free at 1-800-264-9501.
