Macs on Edward Street Victim of Second Robbery in Two Days

THUNDER BAY – NEWS – Thunder Bay Police Service is looking to identify the male responsible for a robbery at the Mac’s Convenience Store on Edward Street North just before 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2018. This is the second robbery at the Macs on Edward Street in two days. There was another robbery yesterday of the same location.

This time a male sus[ect entered the store with his face covered with a dark balaclava and hood. The male was armed with a knife and demanded money from the store clerk. The male then fled southbound on Edward Street on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect is described as a male standing about 5’10” to six-feet tall with a thin build. He wore a black hoodie with “Nike Air” on the front in white lettering, light blue jeans, dark gloves and shoes.
