NIPIGON – The Nipigon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating an incident of theft that occurred recently at the Nipigon Husky Truck Stop located on Highway 11-17 in the town of Nipigon.

On Sunday, July 22, 2018, at approximately 11:54 am, an unknown individual entered the office area of the Nipigon Husky Truck Stop and removed a quantity of cash.

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual in the photographs provided.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Nipigon OPP at 1-807-887-2637.  Should you wish to remain anonymous, you may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS), or submit a tip online at www.tipshelp.com where you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2000.
