THUNDER BAY – At a celebration attended by valued customers and community delegates, Cub Cadet senior leadership presented locally-owned and family-operated business, Rosslyn Service, with the 2017 Award as the #1 Cub Cadet Dealer in Canada.
“We are extremely proud to be recognizing this incredible Thunder Bay dealer today as the best in the country,” said Larry Rawlinson, Territory Manager for Cub Cadet (Modern Power Products). “Terry and Shannon Vibert truly believe in our Cub Cadet products, and their customer service and dedication come second to none.”
Priding themselves on customer service, the principles of hard work, and a focused attitude, Rosslyn Service is proud to celebrate their long-standing commitment and dedication to customers that they have been providing to the community for the past 68 years.
“We are deeply honoured to be recognized as Canada’s #1 Cub Cadet Dealer in 2017,” say, Terry and Shannon Vibert, owners of Rosslyn Service. “This achievement would not be possible without the continued support and dedication of our valued customers. We really want to thank the community of Thunder Bay for growing Rosslyn Service into the business it is today.”
This local, family-owned business was started by Dave Vibert in 1950 as an equipment mechanic’s shop and hardware store to service area farmer’s. Due to Dave’s good nature and hard work, his shop quickly became a gathering spot for country neighbours for miles around.
Today, 68 years later, the store is still family-owned and operated by Dave’s son, Terry Vibert and his wife Shannon, who have continued to grow the company to reflect the community around it.
With a dedication to the Cub Cadet brand, Rosslyn Service offers a wide selection of their premium outdoor power equipment products; and, in 2010, joined the Home Hardware family to provide customers with access to great pricing and a larger selection of top-quality products.
“Rosslyn Service always goes above and beyond when it comes to their customers,” says Shirley VanDyken a customer for the past 45 years. “They are experts when it comes to their products and takes the time to understand your needs to fit you with the right piece of equipment or part.”
To celebrate this achievement, and building upon their successes, Rosslyn Service also unveiled their new brand identity and publicly launched a contest to WIN a Cub Cadet lawn tractor valued at over $2,500. Please visit www.rosslynservice.ca or @rosslynservice on Facebook to enter.
