Woman Robbed by Two Men on Lake Street

THUNDER BAY – NEWS – Patrol officers were dispatched to the north core of the city at approximately 1:30 am to speak to a victim of a robbery that had just occurred.

The 42-year-old female victim reported that she was walking on Lake Street when two males emerged from an alley by Manitou Street with their faces concealed with red bandanas. They asked for a cigarette and then demanded money while holding a knife. The female handed over money and the two suspects fled on foot northbound on Lake Street. The victim was not injured in this incident.

Suspect # 1 is described as an Indigenous male approximately 20 years old. He is 5’9″ tall with a medium build. He was wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and black boots.

Suspect #2 is described as an Indigenous male approximately 20 years old. He is 6’0″ tall with a thin build. He has medium length black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black jacket with grey outlining, blue jeans and dark runners.
