WINDSOR – SPORTS – The Lakehead Wrestling team competed at the Ontario Junior Championships in Windsor this weekend as well as sent some athletes to the Western Open.
Great showing in Windsor as the Women’s team placed 3rd overall while the men’s team was 6th.

At the Western Open Jacob Luczak finished first, Jessica Bershatsky placed second and Stephen Powell Chambers and Kevin Leatherdale both got fourth.
The next competition for the Thunderwolves is the OUA Championship at Brock University on February 11.
