THUNDER BAY – MISSING – The Thunder Bay Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing 13-year-old Kayla SPENCE. SPENCE is described as 5’7″, 125 lbs, medium build, having brown eyes and black straight hair. She was seen wearing tan boots and a black jacket.
SPENCE was last seen when she was dropped off at McDonalds Arthur St on the 17th of December.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Kayla SPENCE is asked to contact the Thunder Bay Police Service.
