RED LAKE – John MacDougall, 43-years of age of Red Lake has been identified as the victim in the homicide investigation that commenced on October 29, 2017, when a male was located outside in the Norseman Heritage Park on Howey Street in Red Lake.
Members of the Red Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment, North West Region Forensic Identification Unit, Emergency Response Team, Underwater Search and Recovery Unit in conjunction with the North West Region Crime Unit are continuing their investigation under the direction of Detective Inspector Darryl Sigouin of the Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB).
