Red Lake OPP Investigating Break-ins to Antonio’s Restaurant

RED LAKE – Red Lake OPP investigated multiple break and enter occurrences over the weekend that occurred at Antonio’s restaurant in Red Lake. Three individuals have been identified and spoken to by police.

As a result of the OPP investigation, the following individuals now face charges:

Draper Quill (38) of Red Lake, has been charged with break and enter contrary to section 348(1)(a) of the criminal code, possession of property obtained by crime contrary to section 355(b) of the criminal code and possession of break-in instruments contrary to section 351(1) of the criminal code.

Elton Suggashie (33) of Pikangikum, is charged with one count of break and enter contrary to section 348(1)(a) of the criminal code.

Justin Quill (36) of Pikangikum, is charged with one count of possession of property obtained by crime contrary to section 355(b) of the criminal code.

Officers are also investigating a separate break and enter occurrence that occurred at Antonio’s restaurant between the hours of 9:00 p.m. Monday, October 10 and 6:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 11.
