DRYDEN – Dryden Police have been kept busy over the past several days.

DR17004182 –Robbery – in the early evening of August 23, 2017, Dryden Police Service responded to a robbery at the 100 block of Arthur Street. Three individuals were arrested and charged. Charges include Robbery with a Weapon; Fail to comply with an OIC Undertaking x 2; Fail to Comply with Probation Order x 2; Possession of a Schedule II Substance; Person under 19 years consuming liquor x 2; Being intoxicated in a public place x 3; Adult Being Intoxicated in a Public Place x 2

DR17004186 – Break and Enter – In the early morning hours of August 24, 2017, Dryden Police and the Ontario Provincial Police were dispatched to the 100 Block of St. Charles Street and the 200 Block of Wilson Street after multiple reports of attempted Break and Enters. Searching back lanes, side streets and wooded areas resulted in the arrest of two individuals. Charges include Resist Arrest and Trespassing at Night x 6; Break, Enter a place – with intent to commit indictable Offence x 2. Both individuals will be released on a Promise to appear/Officer in Charge Undertaking with Conditions.
