THUNDER BAY – The 2017 Dragon Boat Festival at Boulevard Lake is underway.
This morning the Dragons of Hope put some real perspective to their efforts at the festival. Their Flower Ceremony this morning was to remember the women who have fought breast cancer and not survived.
The festival will be on all day at Boulevard. Well worth stopping by to watch, support the paddlers, and catch some of summer’s best.
