Robbery at Thunder Bay Esso Station

THUNDER BAY – CRIME UPDATE – Thunder Bay Police Service uniformed patrol officers responded to a call at the Esso on the Run Gas Station located on John Street Road at 2:50AM EDT on August 4, 2017 regarding a robbery.

The twenty-year-old male victim stated that a male and female arrived to the business on mountain bikes wearing clothing that concealed their faces. The female proceeded to approach the checkout counter with a knife and demanded money. The two suspects fled on their bikes with some money.

The clerk was not injured.

The suspects are described as being young adults. The female was wearing a black and grey hoodie and the male was wearing a grey hoodie with black pants and a black back pack.
