IGNACE, ON) – Ignace members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating multiple sexual offences against a person under 16 years of age that occurred in the Township of Ignace between September 6, 2016, and June 30, 2017.
Nathan NOLET, a 24- year-old resident of Ignace, Ontario has been charged with the following offences:
- Sexual Assault on a Person under 16 years of age (x2) contrary to Section 271 of the Criminal Code.
- Sexual Interference with a Person under 16 years of age (x2) contrary to Section 151 of the Criminal Code.
- Transmit Sexually Explicit Material to a Person under 16 years of age contrary to Section 171.1(1)(b) of the Criminal Code.
- Luring a Person Under 16 years of age by means of Telecommunication contrary to Section 172.1(1) (b) of the Criminal Code.
