Man in Critical Condition in Thunder Bay Hospital

THUNDER BAY – NEWS – Thunder Bay Police Service responded to a call of an unresponsive injured male on the pathway that runs parallel to Hwy 11/17 just north of Dawson Road just after midnight on June 25th, 2017. The injured man is in Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre in critical condition and on life support with what is reported as a serious brain injury.

The male, identified as twenty-five-year-old Marlan Patrick Chookomolin was transported to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Center by ambulance.

Police are asking for anyone who may have seen Patrick Chookomolin during the evening hours of Saturday, June 24th, 2017 to contact the investigators at 684-1200 so they may be able to timeline his activities prior to being located on the pathway and assist with determining what may have occurred.
