THUNDER BAY – NEWS – The Ontario Provincial Police R.O.P.E. squad is looking for thirty-seven-year-old Jason Lebreton.
Lebreton is a Caucasian male, he is 5-foot-9 and weighs 192 pounds.
Lebreton is known to spend time in parts of Northern Ontario including Sudbury, Ottawa, Windsor, as well as Toronto.
Lebreton was serving a fifty-seven-month sentence for theft, possession of property obtained by crime, fraud, mischief, criminal harassment, taking a motor vehicle without consent, failure to appear, and failing to comply with a recognizance.

The R.O.P.E. Squad is a multi-agency, provincial team that locates and apprehends parolees unlawfully at large in the province of Ontario, as well as anyone who:
- escapes from secure custody,
- escapes from or walks away from non-secure custody; or,
- becomes unlawfully at large by violating bail, parole, or intermittent sentence terms.
The R.O.P.E. Squad also assists other police services with locating and apprehending high-risk dangerous offenders.
