THUNDER BAY – NEWS – The Thunder Bay Police Service took a report of an apparent indecent incident act last evening in the Boulevard Lake area.

At approximately 8:00PM EDT a thirty-one-year-old female was jogging on Lyon Boulevard by Arundel Street when she noticed a maroon colored car moving slowing behind her. As the vehicle passed her with the windows down, she observed that the male driver had his genitals out of his pants.

The vehicle then proceeded down Arundel Street. The female called police to ensure they were aware of this incident occurring. The suspect is described as a male with a larger build wearing a grey colored hoodie. Anyone with more information about this incident or anyone who may have had a similar type of an incident is asked to contact the police.

Citizens are reminder to be aware of their surrounding when out jogging or walking, especially in isolated areas and after dark.

It is also a good idea for joggers or walkers to be aware of the impact on their hearing that headphones and loud music have on their ability to be aware of any potential problems in their area.
