Thunder Bay Police Investigate Pedestrian Vehicle Accident

THUNDER BAY – NEWS – The Thunder Bay Police Service Traffic Unit continue to investigate a motor vehicle and pedestrian collision that occurred shortly after midnight on April 22, 2017 on the block of 100 S. May Street.

The pedestrian remains in serious condition at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.

There was a reported heavy response to the accident, including numerous police cruisers that responded. The Superior EMS unit that reportedly took the injured person to Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre was apparently escorted by a police unit.

Police are asking for the public’s assistance of any witnesses to the incident to come forward with information. Please call us at 684-1200 if you have any information.
