THUNDER BAY – At the recent AFN First Nations Emergency Management Forum and Tradeshow event in Calgary, Irving (Bing) Leblanc P.Eng., Director, Housing, Infrastructure and Emergency Services, spoke about AFN’s 1st Annual First Nations Emergency Management Forum with the emphasis on preparedness and resiliency initiatives.


About AFN: The Assembly of First Nations is an assembly, modelled on the United Nations General Assembly, of First Nations represented by their Chiefs. It emerged from and replaced the Canadian National Indian Brotherhood in the early 1980s.
