Thunder Bay Police Shift to Homicide Investigation in Justin Duncan Case

THUNDER BAY – NEWS – Thunder Bay Police have now upgraded their missing person investigation in the disappearance of Justin ‘Milky’ Duncan to a homicide investigation.

The Ottawa man was in Thunder Bay and was last seen apparently in the Limbrick Neighbourhood.

Based on intelligence received by Thunder Bay Police Service a search for the remains of Justin Duncan was conducted on the Fort William First Nation. That search was conducted on March 27, 2017.

Police now believe that that Duncan has been the victim of a homicide and are shifting their investigation to that end.
