PICKLE LAKE – North Star Air is reporting that one of the company’s Basler BT-67 cargo aircraft was involved in an accident in Pickle Lake, Ontario.
The accident happened at approximately at 12:00PM local time on March 17, 2017
There were no passengers onboard the aircraft and all members of the flight crew sustained no injuries.
North Star Air activated their Emergency Response Plan and are working with the Transportation Safety Board and Transport Canada to determine the cause.
North Star Air is fully cooperating with the investigation and will release further information as it becomes available.
