THUNDER BAY – Armand George Cummings of Thunder Bay failed to attend in court yesterday to answer to the charge of Manslaughter for the death of Mannie “Josh” Spence on September 15, 2016. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Thunder Bay Police are seeking to locate Cummings.

Armand Cummings is described as a forty-two-year-old Native Canadian male who is 5’7″ tall with a slim build. He has long black hair and brown eyes.

Thunder Bay Police Service are encouraging Armand to turn himself into police immediately.
