Drug Trafficking Complaint Leads to Charges for Four

THUNDER BAY – NEWS – On February 16, 2017, officers with the Drug and Guns and Gang unit were conducting an investigation in regards to a drug trafficking complaint in the 2800 Block of Redwood Avenue.

During the course of the investigation two of the accused attempted to leave in a motor vehicle. They were stopped however the driver then proceeded to ram a un-marked police vehicle in an attempt to escape, fortunately no one was injured.

Arrests and a subsequent C.D.S.A. search warrant would result in the seizure of approximately $9,000.00 in cocaine and crack cocaine.

Charged with trafficking are David Hladysh 59 years, Mike Fagan 32 years and Roxanne McKinnon 55 years of Thunder Bay. Daniel Hall 40 yrs of Thunder Bay faces one count of dangerous driving. All have been remanded into custody at this time.
