RED DEER – MISSING – The Red Deer City RCMP Detachment is pleased to report that 12 year old Kindra MADSEN, who had been reported missing last night after leaving her residence, has been found safe and unharmed. The Red Deer City RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance.
