PICKLE LAKE – WEATHER – A winter storm coming into Northwestern Ontario is expected to dump as much as 25 cm of snow across the Pickle Lake Region. Weather conditions will impact air travel across the north this morning, and into the day. This morning, unexpected freezing rain has caused school buses in the Dryden – Vermillion Bay region to be cancelled.
Road conditions across parts of the region are likely to deteriorate with the snow. Caution should be the guideline.

- Summer Beaver – Wunnummin Lake – Kingfisher Lake

A developing low pressure area continues to intensify over northwestern Minnesota. Snow is forecast to develop this morning across the area. Periods of snow are expected to continue this afternoon, tonight through Wednesday.
Total amounts of 15 to 25 cm likely by Wednesday night.
The snow will slowly taper off to flurries Wednesday night and Thursday as the low pressure area moves into Northeastern Ontario.
Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations.
