Thunder Bay – The fourth annual STUFF-A-BUS campaign will be held in Thunder Bay this weekend.

STUFF-A-BUS is partnership between Acadia Broadcasting Limited’s Magic 99.9 and Country 105, Iron Range Bus Lines and Real Canadian Superstore.

It’s a 12-hour event to collect nonperishable food items and/or cash donations in support of local families.

Donations are funneled through the Thunder Bay Christmas Cheer Fund; a recognized charity working to ensure families facing hardships are not overlooked during the holiday season.

Families receive a Christmas hamper with one week’s worth of groceries plus everyday essentials.

Last year, STUFF-A-BUS helped more than 5,700 people in Thunder Bay and raised over $75,000 in nonperishable food items and $8,750 in cash.

STUFF-A-BUS will be held Saturday, December 3rd at the Real Canadian Super Store (971 Carrick Street) between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
