THUNDER BAY – NEWS – UPDATE – Thunder Bay Police are investigating the sudden death of a twenty-year-old male in the south ward.

The deceased twenty-year-old male was located on McKellar Street just after 8:00AM EDT on September 8, 2016. The man’s next of kin have been notified.

McKellar Street between Cameron Street and Dease Street have been reopened to the public.

A residence in the 300 block of McKellar Street is being held as part of the investigation. Police have been canvassing the area and collecting evidence pending the results of the postmortem examination to determine the cause of death and the direction of the investigation. The name of the deceased is being withheld pending the results.
