THUNDER BAY – ROADS UPDATE – The Ministry of Transportation wishes to advise that Highway 17 will be closed at the Pic River Bridge seven kilometres east of Marathon on Wednesday, July 27 from 7 pm to 9 pm.

Arrangements are in place to allow passage of emergency vehicles with 15 minutes notice.

The road closure is required to remove a bridge girder as part of ongoing construction.
