Thunder Bay Police Lay Additional Child Porn Charges

THUNDER BAY – More charges have been laid by the Thunder Bay Police Service Cyber Crime Unit. The charges are as a result of ongoing investigations following charges and search warrants that were first executed on April 26 2016.

Thirty-seven-year-old James Brown, has been charged with possession and distributing child pornography. Brown has appeared in court and was released with a court date in the future.

The individual charged in this case is NOT to be confused with James Brown, a firefighter with the Shuniah Fire Department, and photographer.

 

The Cyber Crime Unit of the Thunder Bay Police service are continuing to examine evidence which was seized under the original search warrants in their ongoing investigation.
