THUNDER BAY – NEWS – Operation Bison Resolve is a Canadian Forces Operation which will see about thirty members of the Canadian Armed Forces training in and around Thunder Bay over the next several days.

Members of the military, carrying arms will be likely seen in various places in the region.

The Department of National Defence are asking that the public not be concerned.

Members of the 18th Service Company and 3rd Squadron/38 Signal Regiments will be in Thunder Bay District.

You can expect to see soldiers, near the O’Kelly Armoury on Park Street as well as at the HMCS Griffon Boat Landing at Marina Park Driver.

As well there will be soldiers doing exercises as a part of Operation Bison Resolve near No Name Lake off of Highway 527.
