THUNDER BAY – CRIME – Thunder Bay Police report that at approximately 3:30PM EST on January 28, 2016 Thunder Bay Police were called to Casablanca Apartments located at 1021 Simpson Street regarding a disturbance in progress.
On arrival police located a thirty-seven-year old male in the process of assaulting a sixty-year-old male.
The accused was combative and non-compliant with police. The accused male was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Balmoral Police Station.
The victim was taken to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre where he has succumbed to his injuries.
The Police Investigation is continuing.
