THUNDER BAY – NEWS – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad are requesting assistance from the civilian public to help to locate a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of her Breach of Parole.

Michelle Stephanie Morris is described as a First Nations female, thirty-three-years of age, 5’6” (168 cm), 137 lbs. (62 kgs), black hair and brown eyes.  Morris has a scar on her right wrist.

The ROPE Squad reports that Morris is serving a 5 year and 11 month sentence for Manslaughter.

Morris is known to frequent the areas of North Bay, Sioux Lookout and Thunder Bay.
