On November 14, the most iconic B-Boy competition comes to the Eternal City, in Rome’s Palazzo dei Congressi. After 70 Cyphers and six regional Finals, the best B-Boys on the planet are convening in the eternal city for head-to-head battles to take home the ultimate breaking prize.

ROME (Italy) – Last year, millions of spectators tuned in from around the world to see Red Bull BC One All Star Menno (NED) take the throne in Paris, and the king of flow is back to defend his title. But Menno is up against the newest generation of B-Boys. Each year the stakes become higher and the competition tougher, as breakers continue to evolve the art form. Rome’s Top 16 includes USA’s Victor (two-time North America champion), Morocco’s Lil Zoo (three-time Middle East Africa champion), and UK Wild Card Sunni, and each represents the young guns of breaking today. They’ve learned from the best and are constantly evolving the art form with their own unique skills and creativity.

Asia will be out in full force with Pocket and Leon from South Korea, Issei and Kazuki Rok from Japan. Ratin represents Latin America and Brazil for the first time ever on the global stage. Bruce Almighty will battle for Portugal. Other participants include USA breaking legend El Niño, who has been dancing since the age of five. Competition runs in his blood. Other Wild Cards include Russia’s Alkolil who is back for more, and first-timer’s USA’s Kareem, Poland’s Thomaz and France’s Nasso. And then there’s Killa Kolya, the first ever World Final participant from Kazakhstan. He won the Eastern European Final. Red Bull BC One has never been more global.

MC Supernatural (USA) will host the evening’s festivities and DJ Marrrtin (FRA) will be spinning all original tracks for the first time ever at a World Final. The judges for the evening are Cico (ITA), Wing (KOR), Poe (USA), Lamine (FRA) and Focus (FIN). It’s a night full of surprises, including all new beats created just for the event, and moves that will have your head spinning. It’s an evening not to be missed!
