Thunder Bay PoliceTHUNDER BAY – CRIME BEAT – Thunder Bay Police Service is continuing to move on drugs. On October 20th2015 at approximately 11:15 AM EDT, Drug Unit Detectives with the Thunder Bay Police Service with assistance from the TBPS Emergency Task Unit executed a CDSA search warrant at North Side residence. A significant amount of crack cocaine, cocaine, marihuana, hydro morph and Percocet pills were seized. The street value of these drugs is $23,930.00 along with this $7,570.00 in cash was seized along with a Taser.

Charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000.00, Possession of Marihuana, Trafficking Cocaine, and Breach of Probation is Christian BELDI, 31 years of age of OTTAWA.

Charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000.00, Possession for the purpose of trafficking x2, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine, Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon, Possession of Firearm/Ammo Contrary to a Prohibition Order x 2, Possession of Marihuana and Breach of Probation is Anthony James GUERTIN, 29 years of age of OTTAWA.

Charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000.00, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking x 2, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking -Cocaine, Possession of Marihuana, Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon is Joseph BLAIR, 45 years of age of THUNDER BAY.

All three have been remanded and will be appearing at Court on the 22nd of October 2015.
